In the dark and cold room of the dilapidated house lies a 70-year-old elderly man who has been unable to get out of his rusty bed for 9 years. After a debilitating stroke, his right side is completely paralyzed. Speaking is difficult for him, and he cannot walk at all. His pension doesn’t cover the cost of medications. He is starving. And this is happening in our Georgia, where historically, elderly people have always been treated with respect and honor! Tariel (70 years old): My wife died 30 years ago.
