These poor children thank God every day for saving them from their mother, who beat and starved them! What a nightmare! Mariam, Nikoloz, and Tengo deprived of almost everything lived in a house, surrounded by filth and chaos. Their father was in prison at the time, falsely accused by their own abusive mother of domestic violence, unaware of what was happening.  You will be horrified by what these children revealed to the foundation’s reporter. Marika (11-year-old): “How can you call that woman a mother? I don’t think of her as one!    She treated me and my little brothers so horribly. She beat us! She never cooked for us; we lived on bread and tea every day. We were always hungry! There was food in the fridge, but we weren’t allowed to touch it. At night, she’d leave us alone and go to the neighbors. I don’t even know what she was doing there!” 

This is 10-year-old Elen. Elene was born with a spinal hernia. Her little heart has endured nine rounds of anesthesia. Her first surgery was at just four months old, the second at age four, and the third—just one year ago, at nine. With hope in her heart, she went into her last operation. Tragically, it turned her life upside down. The third operation turned out to be devastating for this little girl. It caused paralysis in her legs, leaving her completely numb below the waist.  Worse still, her legs became so severely deformed that she can no longer bend her knees or walk properly.

At 12 years old, Nikoloz was carefree, playing soccer with other boys, training hard, and living an active life. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary until, before an upcoming tournament, a routine medical check revealed a congenital kidney condition—hydronephrosis. Doctors found that his left kidney was completely destroyed, leaving only one option: surgery to remove it.

This is three-year-old Saba. Take a close look at the child’s T-shirt. Even at a landfill, you’d find a T-shirt in better condition than this one. But the most alarming thing is that Saba has a high fever. Sadly, his single mother can’t buy medicine at the pharmacy because of her dire financial situation. Look at him—he’s drinking hot water without sugar or jam. And no, you’re not mistaken—there’s only hot water in that cup. In his other hand, this little angel holds a dry piece of bread. There isn’t even a slice of cheese in the house. The Khubashvili family has five young children. You’ll hardly ever see smiles on their faces. Oh God, oh God! This is so heartbreaking! Kind people! These little angels have been left at the mercy of fate. The most heartbreaking thing is that with each passing day, they are losing faith. We cannot let this happen! Kind people let’s not abandon these children—already abandoned by their father. A long winter with dark, cold days lies ahead. But kindness, care, and love can brighten even the gloomiest days for these little ones.

Look at this little angel, crying bitter, heartbreaking tears. Do you think she’s crying because she dropped a toy or wants candy? Oh, if only that were the case. This little girl is crying because her bottle is empty, and she’s still hungry. Yes, still hungry. But… God, it’s so hard to write these words. In fact, words aren’t even needed—these pictures say more than words ever could. This is the Manukyan family. Seven little children… Seven little angels sent to Earth by God. Seven pairs of sad, innocent eyes. Why? Why? How can this world bear so much injustice? Some people have so much that they’ve lost even the ability to find joy in it. Meanwhile, others dream of nothing more than a warm bed. Kind-hearted people, the children’s biggest dream is to finish covering the greenhouse. If these hardworking children had a functioning greenhouse, they could grow enough food not just for their family but even to sell some. The Manukyan family would have a steady income, and maybe one day, one of these children will grow up to become an entrepreneur and help other needy families. But until that day comes, we need to extend a helping hand to the Manukyan family. These angelic children will never forget your kindness. And years from now, in a world beyond this one, we will stand before the Lord, and God the Father will open the doors to His Kingdom, where we will forever rest under His grace.

Their living conditions are heartbreaking. The woman, who suffers from spine issues, sleeps on a wooden couch; they need beds, mattresses, and warm clothing. The roof leaks so badly that during rain, water pours inside as if they were outdoors. The windows are old, broken, and drafty, making the room freezing cold. They don’t have a heater or firewood; a kind neighbor lent them a heater, but they must return it in ten days, and they’ll be left shivering.  If they fall ill, they won’t have money for fever medicine. Winter is approaching, the weather is worsening, and rain is frequent, making it harder for them to leave the house. Nona and Nino don’t even own warm jackets!  Our support is more crucial than ever for these two vulnerable women. Friends, this boy has endured a grueling three-year fight with cancer. He has bravely undergone 9 rounds of chemotherapy, 31 radiation treatments, and several complex surgeries, including the removal of his right kidney and a bone marrow transplant.  For a moment, it seemed like the worst was behind him, that the danger had passed. But the cancer came back—a relapse. Neuroblastoma progresses rapidly, spreading metastases throughout the body at an alarming rate. This is why Nikoloz’s mother made the urgent decision not to waste any time and take him to Turkey for treatment.  The last hope for saving Nikoloz is an expensive chemotherapy course. Each round costs $50,000, and he will need five rounds in total—amounting to $250,000. This treatment is his ticket to life, but his family cannot afford it. If we don’t help Nikoloz complete this lifesaving chemotherapy, it will be as if we are signing his death sentence. Our support can give this boy the chance to emerge victorious from this brutal battle. We cannot stop now. Nikoloz’s family has hope left only in God and the kindness of compassionate people.

This is Angelina, an 11-year-old girl – delicate and beautiful, like an angel. But if you look into her eyes just once, you will feel her suffering.  She was operated on twice, and part of her intestine was removed, yet doctors still haven’t confirmed a diagnosis. She needs another surgery to remove the painful growth you see on her stomach. One growth has already been removed. If we unite, these little angels won’t have to sit in a cold, dark room during the freezing winter nights. Yes, winter is coming soon, and the sun’s warmth will no longer be enough for these poor sisters. Kind people – let’s not leave sick Angelina and her sisters in such dire straits.

Friends, Murman needs long-term rehabilitation. But the family, now without their only breadwinner, has no money for this. They’re surviving on social allowance and disability payments, barely enough to cover his medications and essentials like adult diapers. Murman’s wife doesn’t even have the money for a taxi to take him to therapy. It may seem like someone who’s bedridden doesn’t need much, but in reality, the opposite is true. Every month, Murman needs medication, special care supplies, and an anti-bedsore mattress. His wife is at his side 24/7 and can’t work, so she’s unable to meet all these needs alone. “I want to survive and stand on my feet for my children! My little ones need their mom! For God’s sake, help me!” – these were the only words Lika could whisper when I visited her in the hospital. With a tracheostomy tube in her throat, it’s hard for her to speak.

In May, while eight months pregnant, she contracted chickenpox.  Complications set in, so that her baby didn’t survive, and both her kidneys failed, and nearly all her vital organs stopped functioning. Just look at what the illness has done to this once beautiful young woman—she’s unrecognizable now! There’s such sorrow in her eyes. Lika lost her fourth child and barely escaped with her own life!

Eleven-year-old Nika suffers from severe epileptic seizures, each one like a small brush with death. Where once his intense convulsions occurred once a month, now they strike every other day.  His mother has learned to manage the episodes but lives in constant fear for his life. The family can’t afford medicine or diapers. To leave children without a life-saving pill is to condemn them to torment! Like any other children, Andria, Nika, and Anna deserve to live happily, explore the world, and enjoy a carefree childhood. But they can’t do it without our support.  Help is needed urgently – there’s still time to make a difference, but it’s running out!

This is 7-year-old Alina. Look at these photos and you will immediately understand that the little angel is fighting death with all her might. The girl does not give up, but her little heart can no longer stand it. She can no longer endure this. Who knows, maybe one day she will surrender to death forever. No!!! No!!! We must not allow this! We must not leave the little girl alone in the face of death, otherwise we will never forgive ourselves. Mariam miraculously survived a horrific car accident. It was a fateful taxi ride, and another car crashed into theirs at high speed. Two people died on the spot, and doctors can say they pieced the young woman back together. Most of her vital organs were damaged, and she had to have her spleen and gallbladder removed. Look at these horrific photos from the accident scene! Mariam says she is under God’s protection—how else could she have survived? But another blow awaited her: doctors discovered tumors in Mariam’s spleen. She endures excruciating pain that worsens every day, yet she holds back her tears. The family lives in extreme poverty, relying solely on social allowance.  There is no money for medications or exams.

Look at this little angel, how beautiful she is. Her eyes are so deep, so full of expression…  Just one glance into Anna-Maria’s eyes, is enough to feel that her little heart is full of kindness. Yet a cruel fate threatens to stop this kind heart beating orever. We can’t let that happen! No! Kind people, besides the fact that Anna-Maria’s surgery couldn’t be planned due to financial hardship, her mother now faces another big problem. There’s no one to stay with the child while she goes to the clinic to collect the documents needed for her surgery. You’ll be shocked when you hear what happened to this young woman: Irma was healthy and working as a nanny. One fateful day, she went to bed as usual, but when she woke up, she couldn’t move. She was paralyzed. Poor thing! She was bedridden for nine months, trapped in agony and helplessness. When he was four years old, an accident deprived him of an eye. Mom has an aneurysm. She often faints and suffers from headaches. Nikusha had an older sister, Liza, but the family lost her when she was just three months old due to a severe case of the flu. There are now four children in the family. 

The greatest tragedy captured in a single photograph—this angelic little girl caresses her bedridden uncle and pleads for him to get better soon. In her other hand, she holds a picture of her deceased father. She doesn’t yet understand the meaning of the word “death”. Anano can’t comprehend why her father hasn’t come home or why he no longer showers her with affection. When the Fund’s correspondent visited their home, the happy child asked the “stranger auntie,” “Is Daddy coming home soon?” Oh God, how hard it is to hear those words from a child! Kind people, we cannot bring back the father of this 4-year-old girl, but we can save her uncle. He can become a father to Anano and, most importantly, he can still become a father himself. Only you, kind people, can turn the sound of mourning into the joyful ringing of a new family’s happiness—a family made up of a 21-year-old girl and a 24-year-old boy. The clock is ticking!  Every minute counts!

When Otar and Tsiuri got married, they often pictured themselves 40 years down the line, laughing joyfully together. The newlyweds envisioned their old age in a warm home, with a cup of hot tea, surrounded by children and grandchildren. They dreamed of a sweet old age, but life’s twists and turns took this couple down a very different path. Get ready, because what I’m about to share will make your soul weep.

Miraida is only 14 years old, and her life has been a series of heavy trials. First, she lost her father and became an orphan. Now, she is facing a terrifying illness—stomach cancer. Miraida endures everything patiently: the IV drips, the injections, and the painful dressings. How does she find the strength to fight in her exhausted body? She was being treated in Georgia, but after her condition worsened, she was transferred to a clinic in Turkey. Now, she is undergoing chemotherapy there. Miraida is tired of hospitals and dreams of one day living like other children. She is so weak that she couldn’t speak with our correspondent. Her mother tearfully shared that Miraida struggles with chemotherapy: she can’t eat or drink.

Beso started collecting scrap metal at the age of 10, right after his father passed away. Now, because of his health problems, he can’t find a job—he suffers from epilepsy. Heavy work triggers severe seizures. Passersby have found this poor man unconscious in the street many times. But he keeps going back to the dump for the sake of his children! Because if he doesn’t, there’s no one else to feed and clothe them. His youngest daughter, Elene, is just four months old! She doesn’t even have a stroller.

Mariam has a severe form of cerebral palsy. She’s eight years old, and for eight years, the family has suffered alongside her. She doesn’t talk, can’t walk, and is confined to a wheelchair. Medea: “Since birth, she hasn’t been able to see or hear. She cried constantly, day and night. We’ve raised her through suffering.  Many people advised us to abandon the sick child, but we never even considered doing so. As long as my husband and I are alive, we will be by our daughter’s side.” Mariam has such severe convulsions that her mother fears she might break her bones. Can you imagine the pain and suffering this little girl endures? Not every adult could bear it!

Dear readers, can you imagine how much goodness and love for God this little girl’s heart holds? Even though she doesn’t even have dry bread, she’s still grateful to the Lord, and her small heart is filled with His love. How many people are there in this world who have everything, but whose hearts are empty, devoid of goodness and God’s love? Kind people, for the little Khutsidze children, you are the image of God on earth. Don’t let them lose this view of you. Let’s turn the small spark of hope in their hearts into a big flame. Let’s see at least a tiny star shine in the fading eyes of these little angels.

Don’t think this photo is a scene from a TV drama.  Unfortunately, this is reality, and it is happening in our small country.  Twelve-year-old Megi burst into tears when she saw a Fund’s correspondent come to her home. This little girl began to tell such a tragic story about her family that one could think she was recounting a tragic film plot. Malicious death took away her beloved brother soon after birth, and now it is trying to take his twin brother, three-year-old Zuka. The cursed poverty turns death against him even more. The Pipia family is living in hell.

This is the horrible scene we witnessed when we visited the Javellidze family. 11-year-old Mariam had so severe attack, she couldn’t even breathe. Thank God, kind neighbors rushed in and helped her mother revive the poor child. Mariam’s mom is a group 2 disabled person. Do you think these terrifying attacks are the only problem this girl faces? Unfortunately, no. Brace yourself, now I have to tell you the worst part. This little girl has a disease that usually doesn’t occur in children her age. At just 11 years old, Mariam has a severe form of diabetes. This horrible disease started one year ago. But what I’m about to tell you will chill you to the bone. This 11-year-old child injects herself with insulin every day. God, it’s unbelievable!

Wherever the girls go, the twins—Lazare and Gio—are right behind! Don’t think they’re too little to take part in everything!
Clear the way to the gate so they can watch the uncles bringing in the new gas stove, or they’ll start such a fuss that everyone in the yard will know about it! And to make sure the twins can reach and touch all the new things, someone has to carry them around. Got it? “To the new fridge!” Lazare points, and his sisters rush over, carrying him along. “To the new cabinet!” Gio demands, and they open it up, letting him sit inside for a bit. That’s how it went the whole day while the Fund delivered the aid. Mariam, Shorena, Khatia, Barbare, and Ani carried their little brothers around, showing them everything—and sharing the joy with all their hearts.

Every time Gela experiences an attack, he feels like he’s saying goodbye to life.  The ambulance might not make it in time to save him.   He struggles to breathe, unable to take even a single breath in or out. An oxygen concentrator is Gela’s only chance to survive, but he doesn’t have the money to buy one. His disability pension and 30-lari social allowance can’t even cover the medications cost. Every time he has an attack, the ambulance team has to come and revive him. Friends, Gela doesn’t remember a single joyful day in his life.  He was in fourth grade when his mother got sick, and he had to take on the responsibility of caring for the family.   This little boy milked a cow and cooked meals all by himself. He’s been through so much hardship and deserves a peaceful old age and the most basic comfort.  There’s no one else he can turn to but us!  Together, we can give Gela a chance to keep living!

Every parent knows that nothing is more terrifying than seeing your own child suffer from an illness. Watching your baby in pain and being powerless to help is unbearable. We urge you to hear the plea of a mother desperately seeking help.  There is no stronger bond than that between a mother and her child. Don’t pass by. Don’t wait for someone else to help.
